Return & Refund Policy

At Eraya Apparel, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following terms:


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items, discounted items, gift cards, or international orders. 


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@erayaapparel.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale and promotional items.

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

  • Gift cards.

  • International orders

7. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@erayaapparel.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

We’ll provide detailed instructions for sending your item back.
