Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. This allows us to carefully inspect, package, and prepare your items before shipment. During collection launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are delivered via trusted carriers, with delivery times typically ranging from 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Complimentary shipping may be offered during special promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery, Eraya Apparel is not responsible for packages once they are in transit. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
