Preorder Policy

At Eraya Apparel, we’re excited to offer preorders on select items so you can secure your favorites before they officially launch. Please review the following details before placing your preorder:

Production & Shipping Timeline

• Preordered items are made-to-order. Production typically takes 3–4 weeks, followed by 1–2 weeks for shipping.

• Estimated delivery is 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. Please note this is an estimate and may vary slightly.

Split Orders

• If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the in-stock items will ship first, and preorder items will be shipped separately once they arrive.

• You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Payment

• Payment is collected at the time of purchase to secure your preorder item.

• By placing a preorder, you are reserving your piece ahead of time.

Cancellations & Returns

• Preorders are considered final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.

• Our standard return policy applies once the preorder item has been delivered.
