Wash-care tips: 

  • Hand washing is recommended, but the satin fabric can also be machine washed on a gentle cycle.
  • Preferably air-dry the garment to avoid shrinkage. However, it can also be dried on low heat.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing):
    Economy Shipping (U.S.): 5-8 business days
    Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-4 business days
    Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1-2 business days

  • International shipping delivery times are outlined below. 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. 
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. 
  • Delivery times for international shipping typically range from 6-18 business days after processing. 
  • Please note: International orders may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Due to high cost of international shipping, international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a defect or issue with your item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@erayaapparel.com. 

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Eraya Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your order is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’ll do our best to assist you in locating your package.

At Eraya Apparel, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items, discounted items, or gift cards.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@erayaapparel.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale and promotional items.
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.
  • Gift cards.
